What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should begin arriving at 5:30 to the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you are coming from out of town your children are welcomed. We ask our in-town guests to enjoy a kid-free night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking and if needed cars can be left overnight and must be picked up first thing in the morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Rod N' Reel resort the hotel will shuttle you to the venue. Other than that no shuttles will be available so plan ahead!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please specify at the time of your RSVP any food allergies.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be staying for the whole weekend of our wedding and welcome guests to do the same. We want our wedding guests to continue to celebrate and spend time with us throughout the holiday weekend!

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and it will be July, so expect some heat. The reception is in a tented venue with fans inside.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

"Cocktail attire" is the dress code, we are doing beach style to our wedding and it will be July so dress for warm weather! this dress code includes linen, suit jackets or button-downs, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, semi-casual maxi-dresses.
