Jordan and Maddie met for the first time when they were lifeguards in the summer of 2014. Maddie was crushing hard on the cute lifeguard manager and he was a little preoccupied actually working. Life and school took them in different directions until 2017 when Maddie reached out to Jordan on his birthday to see how he was doing. Later that week they went on their first official date, after spending the entire dinner laughing they both knew they had to see each other again.

To celebrate the 2020 New Year, Jordan and I went on vacation to Jamaica with a group of friends. After settling into our hotel room the first night (which was supposed to be a quiet night), Jordan had surprised me with a special dinner reservation for the two of us on the beach. The rain had other plans for us so we were set-up in a beautiful private cabana filled with candles and rose petals. We had the best meal and for dessert, Jordan had an even bigger surprise for me.
