CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” or has both names listed, then yes---if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Still confused? That’s ok! This stuff can be...when you rsvp online, you will have an option to add your name. You may see an option for a second person. Please type in their name.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please---But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those heels get too high or the shirt needs to be unbuttoned, that is ok with us.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! The only kids you will see, will be the few that are in the actual wedding. Babies under 2 are welcome.

IS THE CEREMONY IN THE SAME LOCATION AS THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! Once you get to the venue, you are set for the evening. Please park, check your coat and grab a glass of bubbly.

WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?

Answer

Yes- When you arrive and head up to the Vineyard, there will be parking.

FOOD? DRINKS? DANCING?

Answer

Yes to all three. Due to it being at a Vineyard, only beer and wine will be served . There will be plenty of all three and we look forward to a fun night.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE BE THERE?

The Ceremony is starting at 4PM. Please try and get to the venue no later than 3:30PM.

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Due to it being close to home, we did not get a room block. The Vineyard is located a little bit outside of Salem on back roads. McMinnville and Salem both have some Hotel options if you are not driving home after the wedding.

IS THE WEDDING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

The actual ceremony will take place inside, but the venue has large grounds and a wrap around deck. You will be able to walk outside, and spend time on their grounds. We will have heaters on the deck, but please keep weather in mind when leaving your house- a coat is always a good idea for late Fall in Oregon!

I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY RSVP. WHAT CAN I DO?

The website can be a little tricky! Just shoot Madeline a text, or give her a ring at (503) 803 0685 and let her know. She can add it on the backend.
