Where should we stay?

Answer

We're making the town of Calistoga our home base for the weekend and we'd love for you to join us there! We've secured two room blocks at adjacent hotels in Calistoga - Indian Springs & Best Western Stevenson Manor. The bridal party and our families are staying at Indian Springs and we've secured the larger room block there. However, if Indian Springs or Stevenson Manor don't tickle your fancy, there are plenty of other accommodation options in Calistoga.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles available to and from Beaulieu Gardens and our home base, Indian Springs and the Best Western Plus Stevenson Manor. There will be shuttles for the welcome barbecue too! Check out the schedule tab for details. We'll let you know specific timings of the shuttles during the weekend. Can't wait to celebrate with you all!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the wedding venue. However, if you don't want to worry about your car, feel free to drive to Calistoga and jump on the shuttle from Indian Springs.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal, please. The grass at Beaulieu Gardens can be a little soft, so you might want to rethink stilettos!
