Our favorite spot for a special occasion date! The sushi is always incredible; get the cold soba noodles and whatever fish special they have!
Hirshhorn Museum
Probably our favorite Smithsonian. Totally free, mind-blowing modern art. There's also a great spot for gelato inside!

For a fun and funky cocktail, check out this rowhouse movie theater / bar in Mount Pleasant. (Try the Root Beer Negroni! Trust us.)

This is one of our favorite dive bars in the whole city! It's right at the end of a terrific bike trail called the Metropolitan Branch Trail. We also go to trivia here every Monday.
