Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

If you are staying at the Hilton or Homewood, there is a shuttle that will bring guests back to these hotels at the end of the evening. There is not a shuttle to the Holiday Inn & Suites.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a large parking lot at the venue where cars can be left overnight if needed.

When should I book my room?
Answer
As soon as possible! Prices may increase closer to the wedding date. Our blocks for the Homewood and Hampton hotels close for reservations on January 3rd, 2022. The block for the Holiday Inn & Suites closes for reservations on January 19th, 2022.
