Wedding guests can take advantage of the $108-$118 group rate by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the Lillard-McCluskey Wedding. The hotel has been gracious enough the extend the deadline to book with the special group rate to October 5th, 2020. If you have any issues booking please contact Shane or Hailey.

Shuttle

Shuttle From Courtyard by Marriot Winter Haven

October 17, 2020 3:15 pm - 10:15 pm

A shuttle will be transporting guests from the Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven to the ceremony at 3:15 PM. During the reception, the shuttle will depart from Adams Estate at 8:15 PM, 9:15 PM and 10:15 PM to take all guests back to the hotel safely.

Our local Orlando International Airport is located about one hour from Winter Haven. Tampa International Airport is also about one hour away.

Airbnb guests are welcome to take advantage of the shuttle that will be departing from the Courtyard by Marriot Winter Haven if it is more convenient for your travels.
