When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 10th, 2020. However, due to the current pandemic if anything changes with your health after that date please let us know and we can make all the necessary arrangements to celebrate with you at a later date.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have a discounted room block at the Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven. Please see the "Travel" page for the link to book online.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony. We have a great evening planned for you, so we will be beginning right at our scheduled start time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be semi-formal. The majority of the evening will be spent outside so please check the weather as it can fluctuate greatly this time of year. Cocktail or long dresses for girls and slacks/suit jackets for the guys.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. We do recommend ubering if staying locally in Winter Haven.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We want everyone to be present during our ceremony! We are asking that you please keep your phones silenced and cameras away during our ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture our special day so you don't have to!
