When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st at the latest. If we don’t hear from you by this date, we will unfortunately have to consider the lack of response as a no. Thank you for respecting our deadlines!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We request that you arrive no later than 3:30pm. We will begin the ceremony at 4pm exactly and would like everyone to be settled! *Please be reminded that the couple has requested a phone-free ceremony, and guests that take devices out for photos will be kindly asked to put them away.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If they are listed on your invitation! We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We kindly ask that you don't invite anyone along unless they are included on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have a cash bar available starting after the ceremony. We will offer 3 speciality cocktails and mocktails, as well as a range of beer, wines, and liquor. Be sure to bring cash if you wish to drink!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is massive! Every event of the evening will be in a different location. Our ceremony will take place in a outdoor woodland chapel. Cocktail hour will span both inside of the barn and within the gardens & patio. Our reception will be in a roomy 103' sailcloth tent, with option to wander the grounds for activities.

Are kids welcome?

To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. With the exception of Derrick's immediate family, this will be an adults only evening.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on site! It’s limited, so please take care to car pool when possible.

Where should we bring our gift?

Answer

We will have an area in the welcome station for cards and gifts, but for ease of your travel and ours, we request that you send physical gifts to our home! Please reach out if you would like our address.
