When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by September 5, 2026. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We can only accommodate those who are specifically named on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be reflected on your invitation and RSVP page.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only. Children are welcome to join us at the welcome party the evening before, but please be aware that the event will take place around an unfenced pool area. If you plan to bring children, we encourage close supervision throughout the event.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We’d love to see everyone dressed up for the occasion! For men, a suit and tie. For women, midi or floor-length dresses and dressy jumpsuits are all great options. Please avoid wearing olive green as the wedding party will be in that color. We've also put together a Pinterest board with some ideas if that's helpful. https://pin.it/3mAeyB71C

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking available on site.

Question

Will there be a shuttle or are ride share apps an option?

Answer

Details will be provided later but we will be providing a shuttle to/from Downtown Calistoga. If you plan on driving to the venue there is plenty of complimentary parking onsite. Ubers/Lyfts are reportedly unreliable late at night but we will be running the shuttle back to Downtown Calistoga until around 11PM.

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are many hotels and Airbnb’s available very close to the venue. Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information.
