Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttle buses picking up from the hotels listed on our website that will bring guests to and from the ceremony. If you are not staying at one of the hotels, you can still take a bus! Just arrive at one of the hotels for the pickup time. Pick up times for each of the hotels are listed below: 3:30 pm: Guest Pickup at Hampton Inn & Suites Charlottesville at the University 3:45 pm: Guest Pickup at Holiday Inn Charlottesville Monticello 3:50 pm: Guest Pickup at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot Charlottesville Downtown There will be an early bus back from the wedding to the hotels at 9:30 PM and a final bus at 11 PM!

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the other events (welcome event on Friday and brunch on Sunday)?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation provided for the other two events. The welcome event is located in downtown Charlottesville and is accessible by Uber, Lyft, or taxi from the hotels listed on our website. The brunch on Sunday will be at Tim and Linda Watkins' home about 30 minutes from downtown Charlottesville.

Is there a dress code for the welcome event or the brunch?

Both are casual! The brunch will likely be outdoors on grass (weather-permitting!)
