Our Story
It all began behind the bar. Bj was TwoTen Oyster Bar's staple bartender. In the summer of 2018, Maddy began working there as a waitress. Our paths crossed daily as we worked side by side, making each other laugh in between serving guests. From the first sparks of friendship, our connection quickly blossomed into a forever kind of love. Together, we discovered a new kind of happiness—one filled with support, comfort, and unconditional love...and, of course, our pride and joy, LARRY, when he joined our family in 2022.
After living in Boston for several years and then moving back to Rhode Island, where we still reside today, Bj proposed to Maddy on 11.20.23 on the magical Diamond Beach in Iceland.
We are thrilled to begin this new chapter of our lives together as husband and wife. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you who have been part of our journey. We’re so grateful for the memories we’ve created, and we look forward to many more in the years to come!
