Where is the room block?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa for your convenience. This all-inclusive resort is perfect for guests of all ages, with the added benefit of full access to the adults-only resort next door, offering you the best of both worlds. Please visit the 'Travel' section on our website for detailed instructions on how to book your stay. We can't wait to enjoy our time in tropical paradise with you!!!

How do I get from the resort to the wedding venue?
Answer
We are providing transportation for all of our guests to get from the resort to the wedding venue. It will be about a 20-25 minute drive. There will be 2 shuttles offered to return to the resort, one that will take guests back earlier if they get partied out, and another one at the very end of the night.

Can I book outside of the room block?
Answer
While we would love for all our guests to stay together at Dreams Onyx, we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy their vacation, and are welcome to stay wherever you please in the area. However, please note that transportation will ONLY be arranged to the venue from Dreams Onyx. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please be aware that you will need to coordinate your own transportation to and from the venue, with an arrival time for 4:00pm. Thank you!

Bj & Maddy will be flying out February 18th and are staying in Punta Cana for a week. We ask that guests fly out no later than Friday, February 20th to make sure you make our big event on the 21st!

How do we arrange for transportation from the airport to the resort?
Answer
Airport-to-resort transportation is available with Renny Travel DMC. This is nonstop "Private Group" transportation; guests arriving at the same time could share a transfer with other wedding guests! It is beautiful in Punta Cana during the month of February! Expect 80s and sunshine during the day, and 70s at night.

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! Please make sure your passport is not expired and does not expire within 6 months of the travel date to prevent any issues.

Can I bring a guest/our children?
Answer
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones/children unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. When you go to RSVP on this website, you will be able to see the exact amount of people you can RSVP for. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you! (If you do wish to bring any additional guests or your children on your trip to Punta Cana, please note the resort is family friendly! We just ask that you please plan for babysitting arrangements the night of the wedding if necessary).

What is the wedding dress code?

Beach Formal: A blend of elegance with a relaxed, tropical vibe. We are SO excited to celebrate with our closet family and friends, and invite everyone to join us in dressing to impress! That said, what is most important to us is that our guests are comfortable in consideration of a warm, beach environment... Please don't forget your sunglasses and sunscreen :-) Ladies: Please wear any dress in whatever style you feel your best! Although the cocktail hour & reception will be on solid ground, please note that the ceremony will take place on the beach in the sand as you plan for your footwear (although there will be an aisle covering the sand as you walk onto the beach). Gentlemen: Jacket not necessary due to the heat, but if you'd prefer to wear one, that is great too!!! Tie/bowtie optional.
