The closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International (50 min. drive to the venue). Rental cars and Ubers/Lyfts are available. Flying into Sacramento Airport is another option (1 hour 50min drive to the venue).

All wedding guests must go to the hotel front desk to have their parking validated. That’s because the hotel charges a discounted “wedding rate” for parking, and you must pay this at the front desk prior to leaving the resort. (If you forget to do this, the parking gates will automatically charge you the standard parking rate upon departure!)
