I am staying in an overnight cabin, when and how should I get there?

Answer

If you are staying in an overnight cabin, you should be getting an email from Waterfall Lodge with information about your stay including directions, parking information, and check in information. This email will only go out to whoever booked the cabin, so if you are staying with others, make sure you connect! If you've booked an overnight cabin, please route to 180 Hidden Falls Trail, Ben Lomond. Do not just plug in Waterfall Lodge (it goes to the wrong address!) Once you're on the property, stop at the 'Guest Hub' to pick up your cabin assignments and parking information upon your arrival. Cabin check in starts on Wednesday at 3pm, and cabin check out is on Friday at 10am. Please contact Maddie or Johnny if you have any questions at all!

Early RSVPs are greatly appreciated! Please make sure to RSVP no later than May 1, 2026.

Check the "Travel" page on our website for hotel and airbnb suggestions! Emails have also been sent out with certain lodging information.

So what should I wear?

Answer

We want you to look and feel good! We will be celebrating in the forest and will be walking in between events, so please make sure you are comfortable. Cocktail attire and festive earth colors are encouraged!

We kindly request that only those listed on the invitation attend.

We love the little ones! But we ask that this event is adults only. Thank you for understanding. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about bringing babies or nursing children!
