Hiking Shoes and Outdoor Clothes
For those who want to experience the majesty of the Old Growth Redwoods, we will meet at the Visitor's Center and take a leisurely stroll through the forest. The most notable is the 1400-year-old Redwood known as “The Giant”. The Redwood Grove Loop Trail is just under one mile, and the path is flat and well maintained. There’s a $10.00 fee to drive into the park, but a lot of people park on Highway 9 and walk in for free.
