Note: Please reach out to Tom or Maddie if you are having trouble receiving the rate for the hotel blocks. We have been able to add more rooms every time we have asked. Please don’t overpay for a room at our listed hotels! Click the link to access our unique booking website under the "Kondash/Howell Wedding". The hotel rate is $244.00 per night before taxes and fees. On Friday night, welcome drinks will occur from 8-10 pm at the hotel rooftop bar. On Saturday, a private shuttle will be provided to and from the venue which is about 40 mins from the hotel.

Hotel rate is $249.00 per night plus taxes and fees. This hotel is 1 mile and a 5-minute drive/uber from where the welcome drinks and shuttles to the venue will be provided.

House Or Rental
If you are traveling with a group, feel free to check out the VRBO's and Air Bnb options in Nashville! Welcome drinks will be at the Hampton Inn Capital View and the wedding is in Arrington, Tennessee near Franklin. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided from the Hampton Inn downtown Nashville.
Shuttle
September 16, 2023 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
3 shuttles will arrive at the Hampton Inn Capital View at 3:30pm and depart as soon as each bus is full. THE LAST BUS LEAVES AT 4:00pm!!! We have 3 charter busses, so it is encouraged to use the shuttle as Ubers are hard to get from the venue. If you drive you are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick up the next day.
