While we love kids (Maddie chooses to work with them for a living after all), our wedding will not include the little ones.

Yes, there is a section in the RSVP for you to include any food allergies.

Wedding day parking and transportation

Answer

*There will be about 25 parking spaces available for guests at The Landing. If The Landing is full, there is also overflow parking available across the street. If you are driving, carpooling is recommended! *We will have The Estes Park Trolley shuttle service available as well. The trolley can hold 24 people and will be able to complete 2 loops for wedding drop-off and 2 loops for pick-up at the end of the night. **Please note, no smoking, food, or drinks allowed on the shuttle.** The stops and estimated timing are as follows, please be outside and ready 5 minutes prior to pick-up times: -Going to The Landing: Stop 1: Estes Park Resort. Estimated pick-up times: 2:45pm, 3:15pm Stop 2: The Maxwell Inn. Estimated pick-up times: 2:55pm, 3:25pm -Leaving The Landing: Estimated departure times: 9:20pm, 9:50pm Drop-off at The Maxwell Inn and The Estes Park Resort

Welcome reception parking

The Nest has limited parking, so carpooling is highly recommended. There is a small shopping center, with a grocery store, gas station, etc. across the street - if needed it would probably be ok for a few cars to park there.

Weather expectations

Answer

Colorado weather is very dynamic and changes quickly. Afternoon rain/thunderstorms are typical in the summer, as is intense sun. It often cools off quite a bit once the sun goes down. Please plan accordingly.
