Are kids allowed to come?

Answer

Kids are allowed at events on Friday and Sunday. Our ceremony and reception is kid free, except for infants if you’d like to bring them. Let us know if you need help finding a babysitter 😊

Should I get any vaccines to protect the bride?

Answer

Thank you for asking! As you probably know, Maddie is immunosuppressed due to her lung transplant. To protect her, our pregnant guests, and other immunocompromised family members and friends, please try to get the 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine booster at least 2 weeks before the wedding. COVID circulation was high last August, so we want to be prepared for an increase this summer as well. If you have received a booster in the last year or have been sick with a confirmed case of COVID in May, June, or July 2025 you don’t need a booster 😁

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to save time for parking and finding the Fountain Room. There will be signs at the venue directing you to the third floor.
