To allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy themselves we have decided to make our special day adult only.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be held outdoors on grass, so we'd love for you to keep that in mind when selecting your attire. We recommend wearing block heels for comfort and stability on the grass.

Absolutely! (there is an open bar)

When should I show up for Welcome Drinks?

Answer

This event was created to allow the bride and groom to spend time with the guests before the ceremony. Show up anytime between 2:45-3:45!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 3:45 (or shoot for 1:30 if you are an Orr, a Lucas, or an Eckhaus; you might just make it on time)

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate anyone who is not named on the invite.

Are there hotels nearby?

We have a hotel room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Libertyville. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the Eckhaus house. Please book your hotel room by July 22nd to be included in the room block.

Maddie and Ethan are requesting no phones be on or present during the ceremony. They have 2 wonderful photographers who can capture all the beautiful moments.
