Garden formal--our wedding will be colorful, so feel free to match that! Prefer men not to wear black suits. Overall, no strict dress code! It could get chilly at night when the sun goes down. It might be a good idea to bring a jacket or something if you tend to get cold! We will keep an eye on the weather closer to the wedding and will reach out if temps are going to be low!
There is a large parking area at the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center/Lodge (where the shuttles will drop guests off). If you prefer driving yourself to this spot, that is no problem! Guests will then be shuttled via side-by-sided/UTVs to the Cookhouse where the ceremony and reception will take place. Feel free to leave your car at the lot overnight if needed and pick it up in the morning!
Our ceremony starts around 4pm. For guests not using the shuttle from downtown, we'd ask you to arrive by at least 3pm so there enough time to get you transported to the cookhouse! There will be drinks available in case there is some downtime!
Having our closest family and friends travel to celebrate our wedding weekend is truly all we could ask for. If you wish to give, we have a simple newlywed fund on this website where you can contribute if you desire!
Since our venue is in a pretty remote location, service is slim. We will be setting up Starlink so there will be wifi services since we have a lot of family/friends with babies at home!
