Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no transportation from the hotel to the ceremony or back. The hotel with our room block is 0.1 miles from the venue (a 2 minute walk).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of street parking around the venue or there is a parking structure just around the corner at the Downtown Burlington Parking Deck.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm. The ceremony space will be available starting at 3:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know any food allergies or meal accommodations. We will do our best to make sure you have a yummy meal!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to capacity restrictions, only children of immediate family members will be able to celebrate with us.
