The Marriott is located on the main street in downtown Fredericksburg. It is a few blocks from the Amtrak train station and a few minutes driving to our wedding venue. Inn at the Old Silk Mill

The Inn at the Old Silk Mill is located footsteps from our wedding venue and is a part of the Mill District with the Woolen Mill. One of the things we love most about our wedding venue is that it is family-owned with history dating back to the Civil War. A block of rooms will be available for guests to stay in and we encourage our guests to take this opportunity to stay at this charming Inn! Downtown Fredericksburg is home to multiple wonderful Airbnbs! This would be a great option for families traveling to our wedding who are wanting a little more space.

Train

Amtrak

The Amtrak train has a station located in downtown Fredericksburg. This is a great way to travel into Fredericksburg. Notable train stops using the Amtrak system are in DC, Philadelphia, and New York.

Flight

Dulles International Airport

Dulles is located an hour and 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Overall, a much easier drive to our venue compared to flying into Reagan.

Ronald Reagan International Airport

Reagan airport is located approximately an hour north of downtown Fredericksburg. Traffic can be unpredictable on I-95 and would allot at least an extra 30 minutes in travel time if driving from Reagan during peak hours.

Richmond International Airport

Richmond is located approximately an hour south of Fredericksburg. Traffic can be heavy on I-95 between Richmond and Fredericksburg, and we would recommend anticipating delays if traveling during peak hours.
