We're so glad you're here

Drew and I met a little over three years ago after matching online. Though technically, we matched two years earlier and just never met IRL (he claims I ghosted him but didn't keep the receipts). Turns out, we grew up only 15 minutes apart! So close that Drew even had my grandma (aka The Neffinator) as a substitute teacher. We hit it off quickly over shared hometown spots, and I even let him critique my axe-throwing form on our first date. Things got real when he met my sweet and sassy pit bull, Sophie, who won him over with her signature “Superman” fetch moves. Detroit has been the backdrop to our love story from the start. Every year, we’ve made it a tradition to spend a day exploring the city: trying new restaurants, catching a game, or just wandering around. It’s been the setting for our favorite memories, including our last Detroit date, when Drew proposed. We absolutely cannot wait to share our day with you downtown. Close to our roots, full of energy, and right in the heart of the city where it all came together. Whether you traveled far or live just down the road, your presence means the world to us.
