Wedding Party

Sydney Hairgrove

Maid of Honor

A sister is like having a built in best friend for life. Her persistence in getting me to move to AZ finally came true in 2022 and ever since then we’ve been inseparable. Sydney has such deep compassion and will sit with you to just listen to me ramble on. She’s obsessed with literally anything Fall and Pumpkin Spice anything, yet won’t admit I’m better at her in Nerds and Uno. Sydney holds more wisdom than anyone you’ll meet, despite almost playing college basketball she chose to pave the way to AZ and found the church we all go to now. She’s the best travel buddy and always down for spontaneous adventures. We’ve shared paddle boarding through Horseshoe Bend, taken nasty tumbles down the ski mountain growing up, and flipping a Barbie Jeep on us because you let me drive. All that to say, God’s biggest blessing in my life has been gifting me a sister like you.

Shelby Seeley

Bridesmaid

Shelby is the most top secret individual I’ve ever met, to this day I don’t even know what she does at her job. Which makes her one of the greatest friends to tell embarrassing stories and secrets to. Shelby is incredibly loyal and would fly out at a moments notice if you needed help. She is driven, motivated and disciplined… unless it comes to shopping at Lululemon or investing in a million red light therapy devices. We met working at a golf course in Colorado and regardless of the long shifts we had, after work we would grab our clubs and go play a round of 18 together, which are some of the best memories. Not to mention our annual Waste Management birthday girls trip that we look forward to every year. Shelby is my girls girl, from catching her first fish, to being late to New York weddings. Her and I have been through so many walks of life and I can’t wait for what the next chapters bring in our friendship!

Meghan Hattabaugh

Bridesmaid

Meg might be the unluckiest person on the planet but she’s the most genuine, and would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She is so nice that she would literally help you start your own business before her own (and trust me she has a million business ideas). Meg is the type of friend you can sit in the driveway with and eat cookies after a long day and just by her being there makes it better. Meg and I met working at Gainey Ranch where we bonded over our faith in Jesus and I have been so blessed to have another sister to walk the road less traveled with. And while Meg does have a tendency to pass out and get woken up by firefighters, I always know she will have an Amazon link to whatever I need. Meg you’re one of my best friends and I am so thankful for your joy and light you bring into my life.

Sydney McFadden

Bridesmaid

Sydney McFadden is a hustler, she’s the type of girl that pulls up her sleeves and puts in the work all while wearing pink. Whether that’s hosting a huge girls night, making time for a latte run with me (that we don’t have time for), or clearing the forest in our backyard (if you know you know), having a friend like her has been nothing but sweet. Sydneys nearness to the Lord has been so influential and refreshing to have long talks about on the couch covering every topic. Although I almost accidentally killed her cat, Fish when a hurricane hit Tempe, I’ve managed to grow to become besties with Fish. I couldn’t imagine our friendship without breaking out into our New York accents, yapping about what shelf we keep vegetables on in the freezer, or always being my go-to Pilates partner. Cheers to many more crazy filled years!

Chloe Martinez

Bridesmaid

Chloe Martinez is a Texas all-star. While meeting freshman year in our first class at Texas Tech, from day one she’s always been one of my closest friends. From FCA Bible study nights to Floridabama trips, there’s always something to cry laughing about. Chloe and I lived together senior year and to this day she will hold the title for being the best host known to man. Not to mention, adding her golden doodle puppy, Maui to the house that we all became aunties to that Senior year. Chloe’s loyalty has stood above them all, walking with me through every season of life has showed her true character and the friend she is. I wouldn’t have asked for a better college best friend and now we get to walk into amazing new seasons of life together from “afar”. Chloe’s Texas roots may run deep but even from Midland, she still manages to stay present even after being a recent new mom!

Andres Parra

Best Man

He was once obsessed with Game of thrones and wouldn’t shut up about it. He has horrible asthma (which I had to save him from before) and actually chews so hard he could make pancakes sound crunchy. Andres could talk to anyone for hours on end and is one of the most philosophical people I know who questions everything and anything. He is a very introspective and reflective person while also being extremely caring for those around him. He loves to have a good time and knows how to rally. Andres is one of the best men you’ll find in all capacities of life and has been one of my greatest and most influential people in my life. He challenges, encourages and pushes you to greatness while also being driven and disciplined himself. Andres and I have leaned on eachother and sharpened eachother throughout many stages of life and always helped guide the other when one was wavering. For that I am grateful.

Cole Yohn

Groomsman

He is known as the golden boy, Mr Perfect and actually might be super smart (still undecided). Cole always seems to be one step ahead of the curve but he never could beat me at any of those college games. He loves fantasy football, winning, traveling the world and buying very expensive things. Cole is an extremely hard worker and the most driven person I’ve ever met. When he gets his mind set on something he can’t stop til he achieves it. But one of the most inspiring things about Cole is his ability to stay calm and collected in any and every situation. He also has a great track record of knowing what I should decide before even I do. From Fraternity to a career change to a new department, he really has been one step ahead of the curve in helping me in all of my journeys and for that I’m extremely thankful to him and our friendship.

Henry Lauer

Groomsman

He is a Godly man of extreme character and a terrific husband and father. I mean this guy was straight up sculpted out of marble and he genuinely might be the prettiest man alive. However, Henry does have an addiction to caffeine and loves to shave his arms. He also takes 10 business days to respond to a text. And while he may be number 1 now, deep down he knows who the first number 1 was ;). But in the end this man walked me through the darkest time in my life and not once complained at any step of the way. He helped bring me back to God and picked me up every single time I thought I couldn’t make it. Henry is one of the biggest reasons I am where I am today and the epitome of what it means to be a brother through it all.

Preston Vandegriff

Groomsman

He might be the whitest kid you know and some may even say the most ghostlike. But what Preston really is, is consistent, loyal and honest. He is the guy that will be there rain or shine and at a moments notice. Preston shoots you straight even when it hurts. We have shared an enormous amount of life moments, from living in a 10x10 room together, to bad breakups, to getting launched in river rapids, to being chased by muggers in Spain to crying during Ted lasso. This man has been there and continues to be throughout my life. While he does eat a disgusting amount of corn dogs and has the knees of an 80 yr old, I still call him one of my best friends.

Daniel Vinas

Groomsman

He is the most introverted yet social person you’ll ever meet. The most fit yet he hates most physical activities. Daniel may be nonchalant but deep down he has a massive heart. He cares deeply about his friends and will always be there. He used to be obsessed with flamingos and actually was an investor and passenger of a 75 ft flamingo that sailed down the creeks of Sedona. Daniels the sleeper that no one suspects but always gets the job done. He also played a huge part in my journey through college and now into our shared career. Daniel and I have been brothers from the time we spent all the funds on little Caesars pizza in college to running French fry hill together in the academy all the way til now as he drives me around in the Buckeye fire truck and I value every bit of it

Tyler Nguyen

Groomsman

He is the weirdest cool guy I’ve ever met. From the day I got paired with this guy in the academy I knew he was weird, from his cards to his anime to his gaming. But what I soon found out was how incredible of a person Tyler is. How unapologetically unique and different this guy was from the rest. Not only that but one of the funniest, hardest working and relentlessly tough individuals I’ve met. Tyler brought out the best side of me and taught me that my weirdness and quirks that I hid were strengths not weakness. His friendship has been one of the best surprises in life. We’ve been paired through this life changing journey since the beginning and we are only getting started. I’m proud to call this Spider-Man loving absolute legend my brother.

Justin Link

Groomsman

He might be the most country boy I know. He can punch a goat, shoot a deer and recite every lyric to a song. But what Justin really is deep down, is just a lover of Legos, Star Wars and a tall glass of Choccy milk with some wafers. Justin is man’s best friend, everywhere you go people love him and love talking to him. He is the most welcoming and genuine people you’ll find in this world. Even if he does take hours to explain something to you in full detail you know he cares deeply. Justin is good at just about everything, from being my backyard barber, to my handyman to even the tee for my ball on the tee box. He’s the guy you always want around. I’ve cherished our friendship and deep conversations over the years and I know we got eachother til the end brother.
