Day trip to Cliffs of Moher

We are planning an optional day trip to the Cliffs of Moher on Saturday, September 5. While this trip is a fun opportunity for guests to explore, the bride and groom will not be attending. If you’d like to join, you’ll be able to book directly through our wedding website. The max anticipated cost is ~90€ pp. Details: - Private Cliffs of Moher tour including The Burren and Galway City - Private coach and guide - 13 hr day! Pack snacks, water, Dramamine, etc. There is an opportunity for breakfast at rest stop, and some food vendors at the Cliffs of Moher. Highly recommend a toastie and a pint at Tigh Neachtain in Galway city! Itinerary - 6am: Pick up in Dublin city center - Galway Plaza Service Station (rest stop) - Travel along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way - Cliffs of Moher (around 2 hours), tour includes admission price - Visit the Burren (around 15 minutes) - Travel along the Wild Atlantic Way to Galway - Explore Galway yourself (around 1.5 hours) - Back in Dublin around 7:30pm

Join us at a local pub in Dublin for our Welcome Party! We’ll provide plenty of Guinness and other beverages, along with pub-fare style food for everyone to enjoy.

Black-Tie Optional

Our wedding day will follow a slightly different rhythm than many U.S. weddings. Irish weddings traditionally begin earlier in the day and include a longer, more relaxed dinner reception afterward. Our ceremony will take place earlier in the afternoon, followed by a drinks reception and an extended dinner celebration with multiple courses. This style allows everyone plenty of time to enjoy the food, speeches, and time together before the dancing begins later in the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate the day the Irish way—with great food, conversation, and lots of time with the people we love!!
