Welcome friends and family, we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

Important Info

If you have any questions we have not answered here please feel free to reach out to Macy at (509)991-6733!
Question

When should I actally arrive?

Answer

The venue will be open to guests starting at 5 PM, and the ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Anybody who arrives after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait to enter until the reception where we’ll greet you then.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we appreciate so many people wanting to celebrate and wish us well, due to budget restrictions and venue size this wedding will be by invite only. Simply put, if your name is on the invite then you’re invited!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/ reception?

Answer

Our venue has a max of 24 parking spaces available to our guests, so we recommend carpooling to the ceremony with other friends and family as much as possible!

Question

Will we need to drive to a separate reception site?

Answer

Nope! Our single venue will be where we tie the knot and celebrate after, no extra travel needed!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We suggest formal wear in whatever color you so choose, and as it will be an outdoor venue we recommend comfortable shoes and layers if needed. Keep in mind that most of the venue is covered in grass, so comfortable shoes are highly encouraged.

Question

Will there be a cake, meals, or alcohol provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a chocolate raspberry cake and a buffet style meal of BBQ pork ribs, lemon pepper chicken thighs, rolls, baked potatoes, and Caesar Salad. Any dietary concerns or requirements should be communicated to Macy by August 1st. And because we are both underage we’ve decided to do a simple champagne toast with the addition of some none alcoholic refreshments! Our venue does not allow guests to bring their own alcohol on site and we will firmly enforce their rules.
