Benjamin and I first meet by chance at our local Roller Skating Rink, and we caught each others eye at the same time by sheer coincidence. Well, coincidence and some fancy skating skills from the both of us. Ben and I grew up skating in local or family owned roller rinks, so this was a skill we both flaunted and bonded over often. We didn't go to the same school, know the same people, nor were we in the same grade! But God had a plan for us, and after that first night where Ben and I raced to ask each other out ( Who asked the other person first is still up for debate) our paths were happily entwined. We not only connected over our love of roller skating, but our passion for our religion, our mutual creativity, and our desire to live introvertedly together. By the time we say "I do" to each other, we will have been dating for 3 amazing years. 3 years of impressive love, growth, and care on both our parts, and we can't wait to make this commitment to each other in front of the Lord and celebrate with all our closest people!
