COURTYARD & TOWNEPLACE SUITES: Check-in is at 4:00 PM—we’ve requested 3:00 PM early check-in but can’t guarantee it. To play it safe, consider booking the night before or calling ahead to request early check-in (subject to availability). We understand this may not be ideal for everyone, but if your room isn’t ready, the front desk can hold your luggage!
HAMPTON INN YORK: A block of rooms is also reserved here. Check-in time is 3:00 PM -- no early check-in is available.
For those staying at a blocked hotel, we’ve arranged a shuttle to take guests to the venue and back at the end of the night—perfect for enjoying the open bar responsibly! Please see below for more details and check back often to check for transportation updates.
Guests are also welcome to stay at any hotel in the York or Wrightsville area or book an Airbnb. Uber is usually available but can be hit or miss.
