FAQs

If you have questions not covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone’s plus-ones, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your envelope says “guest” or “family,” that means they’re included too. Not sure who’s invited? Just head to the RSVP tab on our website, enter your name, and you’ll see exactly how many seats have been reserved for you.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. We kindly ask that you wear a suit and tie, a sports coat, a dress, or a jumpsuit. We request no jeans or sneakers, please.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will begin to be escorted to their seats around 4:00 p.m. If you arrive after the time of the ceremony (4:30 p.m.), you will be asked to wait until it is finished and to join us at the reception!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you can RSVP when you receive your invitation that is great and extremely helpful! To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the first and last name(s) listed on your invitation. We ask that you kindly reply before Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "no" and you will be missed! We hope you understand!

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want all to be present in the moment. We will have an amazing photographer to capture the memories, so we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that there be no pictures or videos taken until it is announced to do so.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Should you choose to forego the shuttle service and drive yourself, Historic Ashland offers plenty of parking. Upon entering the venue, you'll be directed to the parking lot. Additional signs will guide guests from the parking area to the ceremony site. PLEASE NOTE: Per the venue's policy, no vehicles can be parked on any other lawn surface or grass. If a car is left overnight, it must be picked up by 8 a.m. the following morning. If the car is not removed by this time, it is at risk to be towed at the owner's experience.
