Travel from Denver International to Boulder

For guests flying into Denver, there are two good options to get from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Boulder. Travel time typically ranges from 45 minutes to just over an hour, depending on traffic and method. Rental Cars: Rental cars are available directly at DEN and provide the most flexibility for exploring Boulder and the surrounding area. Estimated drive time: 45–60 minutes Route: US-36 West toward Boulder Public Transportation: RTD offers a direct and reliable bus service between DEN and Boulder. Route: RTD SkyRide AB or AB1 Runs directly from the DEN Transit Center to the Downtown Boulder Transit Station Travel time: approximately 1 hour 10–15 minutes Fare: approximately $10.50 one way From the Downtown Boulder Transit Station, guests may need a short rideshare or taxi ride to reach their hotel or final destination.
