Question

Is the wedding and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes!! The wedding will be held on the back side of the building OUTSIDE! Please enter through the front doors to be greeted by our bridal attendants. Following the wedding, a couple steps away, INSIDE to the reception!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP via this website by August 10th 2024 at the latest!

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

Yes… However, while we love for the young ones to join the celebration we do ask it to be an adult only (16+) event after 9:00PM. Please make arrangements before hand if you would like to stay and continue to party with the newlyweds until 11:30!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Because of the limited space we asked our guests to not bring their own guests unless specifically stated on the RSVP page.

When should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

We recommend you arrive at the venue 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts so our ushers can find you the best seat and you can make yourself comfortable before the ceremony starts. Our bridal attendants will meet you at our front reception doors to guide you through the building to drop of gifts/ cards and sign the guest book, then to meet the ushers in back to be seated!

When should I book my hotel reservation?

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There will be one shuttle at 9:30pm, a second at 10:30pm for guests to be taken only to the Presidential Abraham Lincoln Hotel. ** The shuttle does not take you from the hotel to the wedding venue before the wedding. There will be a third shuttle at 11:30 reserved ONLY for the wedding party and their significant others.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! If needed the shuttle will take you to the hotel or if you need someone else needs to take you home you are more than welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. Pick up Sunday from the venue at anytime.

What is the dress code?

Answer

At minimum we ask semi-formal, however we’d love to see you in your cocktail attire! Some suggestions can be your favorite dress, jumpsuit, skirt and nice blouse for ladies. As for the gentleman suits, slacks, sports coat, button up, etc!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask no phones during the ceremony and silenced. We have a wonderful photographer, fully capable of capturing these precious moments, and we would be more than welcome to share them with you all after the ceremony! However after our I DOs feel free to capture the newly Mr and Mrs!
