Where should we stay?

Answer

Hilton Atlanta-Marietta Hotel & Conference Center 500 Powder Springs St Marietta, GA 30064 This is the hotel we recommend based on proximity to the venue and Marietta Square! It’s less than a mile away (approximately a 3 minute drive) from the venue and Marietta Square. Please use the link on the Travel page of this website to access the Sawicki-Brock wedding hotel block and book your rooms online. You should see a group rate of $189. You can also call the hotel at 770-427-2500 and request to book under the Sawicki-Brock wedding hotel block. Please let us know if you try to book a room and there are none left by calling 770-331-4420. The overnight parking rate at the hotel is $23 per night.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

No, there will not be a shuttle to and from the hotel. The Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center is about a 3 minute drive to Glover Park Brewery. We recommend Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the venue and back. There is also parking available near the venue.

Is there parking at and near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes - there is a limited amount of parking available at Glover Park Brewery and it is first come, first serve. Across the street from Glover Park Brewery, there is the Waverly Lot where can you can purchase parking spots for $5.25 each. Address of the Waverly Lot: 112 Waverly Way Marietta, GA 30060 Both free and pay parking is available on and around Marietta Square. The closest lots are at 112 Waverly Way, the lot adjacent to the Marietta Museum of Art on Atlanta Street, and the Courthouse parking lots at the intersection of Anderson and Waddell Streets.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love each & every one of your little ones, we are hosting an adults-only celebration. We will be dancing the night away past their bedtime and we want our friends & family to enjoy their time at a party for grown-ups. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will be open to receiving guests as early as 4:30pm. If you choose to arrive earlier than 4:30pm, you are welcome to go downstairs to the brewery to get a drink & wait. If you choose to arrive closer to 5:00pm, just make sure to get to the venue a few minutes before 5:00pm so you can get settled in your seat before the ceremony begins.
