Shuttle to the Ceremony and Reception

A shuttle will be running to take you to and from Mad River Barn on Saturday, 10/11/2025, as no one is allowed to drive to the wedding. This is a law in the town that Mad River Barn must adhere to. If possible, please stay at Mad River Lodge or Mad River Inn as those will be the 2 main shuttle stops. If you book other accommodations, please let us know so we can ensure the shuttle service is adequate.

This is one of two room blocks made for guests joining us for our celebration. There is a 3 night minimum, which is found at most places since it is a long holiday weekend. Please use the room block code when booking either by calling or online. Please call and reference room block name “Casey and Breig Wedding” or block code “CBW” when making reservations. There is a 3 night minimum required for each reservation Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

To book, follow these steps, go to www.madriverinn.com, navigate to the "Book Now" tab. Select the link that says, "I Have a Group Number". Enter "CaseyBreig" when the event name box pops up and then you will be able to see all the rooms still available in the room block. You can then just book the room of your choice as you normally would. They are always available to help with any bookings if anyone gets confused.
