What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online by July 1, 2025.

What are the addresses of the wedding? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

All wedding weekend events will be held at Mad River Barn, 2849 Mill Brook Rd, Waitsfield, VT 05673, and are wheelchair accessible.

How do I get to the wedding events?

Answer

You may drive to the Welcome Gathering and Sunday activities and park in the parking lot on site that is gravel/dirt. However, you cannot drive to the wedding on Saturday. A shuttle service will be provided to bring you to and from your hotel.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, hopefully rain or shine! If rainy, umbrellas will be provided. The cocktail hour will be outdoors under a covered area with heaters. The reception and after party are indoors. It is fall in Vermont, so cooler weather happens!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have room blocks for you to stay at Mad River Inn and Mad River Lodge. Under the name of Casey Breig Wedding.

What is the dress code for the events?

Answer

Welcome gathering - casual, come as you are. Wedding - Formal aka "elevated cocktail dress." Brunch - casual, enjoy a cozy brunch. Hike - get ready for a good hike!

What is the weather like in Vermont?

Answer

Fall can be 20 to 85 F so layers are your friend! Sun, rain, or snow are all possible.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes, all events are open bar.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift? Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 121 Portland St, Unit 706, Bosotn, MA, 02114. A wedding card box will be at our reception. The registry is under the "Registry" tab at the top of this website.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

The wedding is on Saturday, October 10, 2024, 2:30pm to 1am. The ceremony begins at 3:30 on Saturday, please arrive 30-60 minutes before the start. Cocktail hour to follow at 4pm. Reception 5-9:30. After party on site 9:30-1am.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! There is a Welcome Gathering on Friday night and a Brunch with a hike to follow (weather permitting) on Sunday.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding? Can I post wedding photos on social media? What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer

Please do! The only time we ask you to not take photos is during the ceremony as it will be "unplugged." Yes! You can post any wedding weekend photos with the hashtag TBD and you can upload them to a virtual album to follow.

No, the wedding will not be live streamed.

How long are we staying for the weekend?

Answer

We staying at the venue Friday through Sunday night (10/10 - 10/13). We are taking advantage of the holiday weekend to enjoy some of our favorite Vermont activities. We understand many guests are traveling from far away but we’d love to spend as much time with you all!
