The ceremony begins promptly at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to find parking, enjoy a glass of champagne, and take in the view while you choose a seat.

Yes, you can leave your car overnight at OVEC. Those who are staying at The Village at Palisades Tahoe will also be given complimentary underground parking for the duration of their stay.
Yes, you can also use the Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit (TART) which is free to all passengers. If you use TART make sure to check the schedule on their website.

Olympic Valley in July is typically warm, sunny, and dry, making it one of the sunniest months with clear skies perfect for outdoor activities. As our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket in case temperatures drop in the late afternoon.
