FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There's no dress code for our wedding—wear whatever makes you feel best! Whether that's formal attire or something more relaxed, we just want you to be comfortable. After dinner, we'll be changing into our comfy clothes for games, a bonfire and partying, so feel free to do the same if you'd like.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 30th, 2025 (Sorry, I know its's soon)

Question

How do I provide payment for my room?

Answer

Once we have a final count of all guests coming, we will be collecting payment via apple pay, cash app or venmo. We will be reaching out to individuals/couples individually with the total owed.

Question

What is the wedding day Itinerary?

Answer

***All times are approximate, we are going with the flow, so times may vary slightly*** Our wedding day will be Saturday, May 30th, 2026. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm at the Smokey Mountain Pavilion. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be from 4:30pm-6pm where drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. The bride & groom will be taking lots of pictures, and we would love to have our guests be included. The reception will start after cocktail hour and will include a buffet style meal with games, bonfire and dancing to follow.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Whether you are staying in the Cabin onsite or a cabin nearby, everyone can come to our rehearsal dinner/welcome party on Friday May 29th! It will be very informal as we are not having bridal parties. Everyone is welcome to hang out in the backyard for food & drinks!

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We are not registered! Your company at our wedding and celebration with us is plenty! If you would like to give us something, a contribution to our honeymoon fund can be found on the registry tab.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our mountain wedding intimate and special, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

The Smokey Mountain Lodge which is attached to the Venue can accommodate up to 10 cars for parking. We recommend carpooling if possible.
