Am I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to limited ceremony seating, we have decided to keep the ceremony open to only immediate family and close friends. If you did not receive a ceremony invite, you are welcome to join us for cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception.

When is the date & time of your wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on 11.14.2026 and begin at 3pm. We ask that all guests who have been invited to the ceremony to arrive at least 30 minutes early to avoid any delays or interruptions. All other guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 4:00.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by 9.01.2026 so that we can confirm guest numbers with all our vendors well in advance.

Are children welcome?

We kindly request that our celebration be limited to guests aged 10 and above. Thank you for understanding!

What are your colors?

Answer

Our colors are a mix of blush and raspberry. Groomsmen will be wearing gray and bridesmaids will be wearing mulberry.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is formal cocktail.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring a plus one unless otherwise permitted.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer taking photos during the ceremony so we ask that all phones are put away and turned off during the ceremony. Once the ceremony has concluded and cocktail hour has been announced, you are welcome to pull your phones out.

Will there be parking available or is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. There is parking available on site and additional parking directly next door.

Will this event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will take place outside, however there is plenty of shade and hand held fans will be provided. There will be tables indoors for anyone who does not want to sit outside.

Will there be alcohol or bar services?

Answer

This is a non-alcoholic venue. No alcohol will be served and no alcohol is to be brought to the venue. We will have an on-site drink cart that will be serving mocktails and soft-drinks.

What food will be provided?

Answer

For our cocktail hour, we will have a charcuterie spread with a variety of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, and nuts. For dinner we will have a self-serve taco bar with carne asada, pollo asado, and angus beef. Traditional toppings will be provided along with beans, rice, chips, and salsa. Dessert will include a mix of different flavored macrons, cupcakes, and cookies.
