Camping

We'll be hanging out at the Westminster Spires Camp just south of Red Lodge on Hwy 212. For those of you camping please be aware that it will be cold at night so bring extra layers and a headlamp. There will be bathrooms with showers and hot water as well as outhouses for everyone's use. There also is a mess hall if you need to cook food but refrigerator space will be limited.

Casual
Join us for snacks and drinks before the wedding and settle into the campsites! We won't be providing dinner so you might want to eat before or after. Red Lodge has plenty of delicious restaurants. There will be space to cook food in the mess hall if campers want to make dinner on site.

Ceremony

No Dress Code: bring warm jackets and sturdy shoes
The Ceremony will take place at the Gardner Headwall Parking Lot on Beartooth Pass. It is about a 30 min drive from camp. This is on your left as you are nearing the top of the pass, about a mile past the little ski resort. This link should get you there: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JxZpXguPRG2VPKnf7 Weather could range from snow to rain to sun so be prepared for any kind of weather. That means bring a puffy and a rain jacket. The ground is uneven and rocky. Bring camp chairs for seating or else expect to stand. We are planning on skiing off of the pass directly after the ceremony and everyone is invited to join!

Ceremony time! We will be providing dinner, drinks and live music from www.Twang! Light appetizers at 4:30 and dinner will be around 6! Bring dancing shoes and be ready to spin around the dance floor.

COSTUMES!
Get ready to boogie the night away. We all know that dancing at weddings is one of our favorite past times, so get ready to show off your moves with us. It wouldn't be a party without costumes, so bring your wigs, sequins, and fringe! We will have a biodegradable glitter bar set up.
