This is a great time to settle into camp and say hi! SATURDAY JUNE 14 11:00: CARPOOL: Meet at Westminster Spires to carpool to the top of Beartooth Pass. Parking at the ceremony location is very tight so we need to bring as few cars as possible! There will be a shuttle with room for 30 people. Also bring ski gear if you are planning to join us skiing. The drive is up a mountain pass so expect curvy roads and incredible views. The drive takes 35 minutes. 12:00: CEREMONY: this will be located at the Gardner Headwall Parking Lot. Be prepared for chilly temps and possible weather changes. For clothes wear ski outfits if you're skiing, or a dress or anything that makes you warm and comfortable (there is no dress code). Also note the headwall is at 10,000ft in elevation! So bring water. 12:30 - 4: SKIING!!! (Or rest/lunch time for those who do not ski) We are planning on skiing right after the ceremony. Everyone is invited to join. There are multiple options to ski ranging from easier to difficult. Know that there will be a 10-25 minute hike out. This will take up the afternoon so for those who do not want to ski, you can take the time to drive the pass, go check out Red Lodge, or rest up for the night ahead. 4:30 RECEPTION Back at Westminster Spires. We will have drinks and apps around 4:30! Dress in your wedding attire. 6:00 DINNER/MUSIC 8-Whenever: DANCING!!!! Bring your costumes and sparkles out and we will dance the night away! SUNDAY JUNE 15 Note there is not a time that we have to leave the venue so no rush to get up super early!!!
