Covid Considerations

Answer

For the safety of all, we ask that all those attending the wedding be vaccinated. Regarding travel, please check the CDC website (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/index.html) and with your airline for latest requirements. Additionally, if you are traveling to other countries before or after the wedding ensure to check each country's requirements. Testing is often available in the airports, but account for additional time for testing and results.

What is the time difference in Ireland?

Answer

Ireland is 6 hours ahead of Central time zone (Wisconsin time).

What will the weather be like in Ireland?

Answer

In spring it becomes gradually warmer with average temperatures between 46 - 53°F, however, temperatures may reach 59°F. April is typically a pleasant month. Long sleeves and a light wind and waterproof jacket are perfect for this kind of weather. Short rainfalls are common.

What currency is used in Ireland?

The Euro is used in Ireland. Banks are able to exchange currency. We have used Wells Fargo and BMO Harris in the past.

Rental cars are available, most being standard. Note that you drive on the LEFT side of the road. Taxis and buses are available as well.
