Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes - all your kiddos are invited! We may not have added them on the RSVP for the food count but they are more than welcome to come and celebrate with us!

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking at the winery should you have your own vehicle. Otherwise, the area does have Lyft and Ubers available to drop you off and pick you up.

Is there a bar?

Answer

There will be wine and ciders available. Cocktail hour will be on us from 5:30 - 6:30. We will host a champagne toast during dinner. After that, wine will be on you! Ciders will be available until they run out. Bring some cash if you are wanting to drink during the night! Because of the winery’s liquor license- these are the only alcoholic drinks allowed on the premises. There are no outside alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and within the capacity of our venue. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Should you have any questions, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Where is the ceremony and reception held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Sweet Heart Winery. The ceremony will be outside along with the cocktail hour. Reception will be indoors, with the patio area open throughout the night (when you need a breather from dancing!)

What is the best way to get around for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We have provided some resources on the transportation page as far as shuttles/rental car services up to Loveland. It is about 45 minutes to an hour from Denver, so plan accordingly to make it to the ceremony on time. All transportation will need to be coordinated on your own- should you have any questions about the area please reach out to Mackenzie at (928) 499-8486.
