Where to Stay Guests are welcome to stay wherever best fits their plans; many family members will be staying in New Bern. New Bern offers a walkable downtown with hotels and B&Bs, along with restaurants, bars, and shops. It is approximately a 35-minute drive to Grove & Vine. Below are two hotel options located downtown. Oriental is a small coastal town about 5 minutes from the venue, with lodging options including Airbnbs and B&Bs. Dining, shopping, and nightlife options are more limited than in New Bern. Getting Around Please see the taxi information below to schedule transportation to and from the venue. Due to the venue’s location, ride-share availability can be limited, so we recommend arranging transportation in advance. Guests who choose to drive will find free onsite parking at Grove & Vine, and cars may be left overnight. Where to Fly EWN – New Bern (10 minutes from downtown) OAJ – Jacksonville, NC (about 1 hour from New Bern) RDU – Raleigh (about 2 hours from New Bern)

Taxi Service

We’ve partnered with Galaxy Transportation to offer transportation to and from downtown New Bern and Grove & Vine for guests who prefer not to drive. Galaxy Transportation will have multiple vans running the route based on reservations made in advance. The cost is $20 per person, each way, and rides must be reserved in advance. To guarantee a spot, reservations should be made no later than May 12, 2026. Requests received after this date will be accommodated if possible, based on availability.
