WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating, and be seated by 3:20 PM so we can begin on time.

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Answer

For guests who prefer not to drive, we’ve partnered with a local taxi service offering transportation to and from downtown New Bern and Grove & Vine. Availability may be limited and reservations are required—please visit the Travel tab for booking details. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to Grove & Vine, where free onsite parking is available. Cars may be left overnight and picked up the following morning. Uber and Lyft are sometimes available, but due to the venue’s location, we recommend booking rides in advance.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

While we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll enjoy the evening as a special date night.

CAN I BRING A GUEST / PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. All invited guests will be listed by name on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

Answer

The closest airport is EWN – Coastal Carolina Regional Airport in New Bern (about 10 minutes from downtown). Other options include OAJ – Albert J. Ellis Airport (about 1 hour away) and RDU – Raleigh–Durham International Airport (about 2 hours away).
