What is the address for the venue?

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Jacob Henry Mansion Estate in Joliet, Illinois. The address is 20 S. Eastern Avenue, Joliet, IL 60433.

How does parking work?

Answer

There are two free parking lots available. One lot is attached to the Jacob Henry Mansion Ballroom on Richards St., and one is directly across the street from the Jacob Henry Mansion on S. Eastern Avenue. Parking is first come first serve, valet parking is not available.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to spend our day surrounded by our closest family and friends! However, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are my children invited?

Answer

This is a 21+ event. We ask that you only bring yourself, and the designated plus one that you were given. Parents, time to take the night off, find a babysitter, and celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we have no strict dress code, please use our special day as an excuse to dust off your best formal outfit. The reception will be held in the Mansion's Victorian Ballroom, so floor length dresses and suits are recommended. We only ask that women avoid wearing white, cream, or any other similar colors in respect of the Bride.
