Questions about the venue?

Once (Pronounced OHN-say), which is eleven in Spanish, represents the eleven Finger Lakes. It is a beautiful wine tasting room on Seneca Lake where we will be hosting our wedding and reception. It's a great place for a wine flight if you're looking for a way to try different New York wines. Pay them a visit in the days before the wedding! https://oncefingerlakes.com/

How do I RSVP?

Right here on our website, under the RSVP tab. Please let us know if you will be attending the welcome party, wedding, and if you'll be riding the shuttle. Kindly RSVP by July 14, 2024.

Taking the shuttle to the wedding?
Answer
The shuttle will be leaving from the 41 Lakefront Hotel to take guests to and from the wedding. Schedule: Pick up #1 @3:30PM, drop off 3:45PM Pick up #2 @4PM, drop off 4:15PM Returning to the hotel @10PM & 10:30PM

Is there parking onsite?

Yes. Once has a parking lot, but please consider taking the shuttle. Don't drink and drive.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive prior to our planned 4:30PM start time (shuttle permitting!)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
-The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn (weather permitting), choose shoes accordingly! -Cocktail hour will be inside the tasting room and on the deck -The reception will be under a tent (heaters available if needed)

-Welcome party; Dressy casual -Wedding; Cocktail attire

Are children invited?
Answer
Other than in our wedding party, we ask to keep our wedding weekend adults only. We love all our family and friends' children, but unfortunately with limited venue space we don't have room for them all!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Once's liquor license requires only New York State produced beer, wine, and liquor. So, we will have our favorite NY beer on tap, local spirits, and of course the wine list has been carefully curated by Mackenzie's parents.

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
Dinner will be served family style. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or request a vegetarian meal when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
While September is often one of the nicest months, the weather in western NY can be unpredictable. We recommend planning for sun, rain, warmth, and cold, but hopefully not snow!
