We have reserved a hotel block at the Residence Inn in North Conway--this is where the shuttle will pick up/drop off everyone. There are also other hotels nearby (Hampton Inn, Golden Gables Inn) so you can still catch the shuttle even if you aren't at the Residence Inn.
Please aim to get to Hardy Farm by 3pm for a 3:30pm ceremony start time.
Yes, there's a parking lot at Hardy Farm with ample space.
Welcome Party: Comfy chic! It'll prob be a little chilly so please wear layers. Think of like a cozy fall outfit such as a sweater, nice jeans, casual dress, flannel, etc. Ceremony & Reception: Semi-formal attire! Mid/floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, suits, dress pants/nice shirt. Really any color but white please. The ceremony and cocktail hour may be a little chilly, so we recommend bringing a shawl/jacket. We'll have blankets on site for the ceremony and the reception space will be heated.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors! We have an indoor back-up plan in case of rain. Cocktail hour will be outdoors (again, weather permitting) and the reception will take place in a heated tent. Welcome party on Friday will be a mix of indoor (heated barn) and outdoor (patio).
If your invitation includes a plus one/kids, it will be noted when you RSVP. Otherwise, please just bring your lovely selves.
