Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Residence Inn in North Conway--this is where the shuttle will pick up/drop off everyone. There are also other hotels nearby (Hampton Inn, Golden Gables Inn) so you can still catch the shuttle even if you aren't at the Residence Inn.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please aim to get to Hardy Farm by 3pm for a 3:30pm ceremony start time.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there's a parking lot at Hardy Farm with ample space.

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party: Casual and comfy! It'll prob be a little chilly so dress accordingly. Ceremony & Reception: Semi-formal attire! Any color but white please. The ceremony and cocktail hour may be a little chilly, so we recommend bringing a shawl/jacket. We'll have blankets on site. The reception space will be heated.

Will events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors! We have an indoor back-up plan in case of rain. Cocktail hour will be outdoors (again, weather permitting) and the reception will take place in a heated tent. Welcome party on Friday will be a mix of indoor (heated barn) and outdoor (patio).
