Bryce and Maci met one another when they were just 11 years old at a pole-vaulting meet that both of their older sisters were competing in. Fast forward 3 years and Bryce and Maci are freshman at Trinity High School sitting next to one another in most of their classes. The two quickly became friends and just after a month of school Bryce asked Maci to be his date to their freshman homecoming dance and she said yes! Although Maci had grown a friendship with Bryce, she only ever considered him that, a friend. The two were happy in that spot and continued to grow their friendship, at times falling apart from one another until the summer heading into their junior year of high school when Maci realized that she actually thought of Bryce as more than just her funny guy friend. Bryce asked Maci to be his girlfriend at a routine hangout at the Depner's house where Maci happily said yes! The two went on to attend college at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, move into their first apartment, adopt their "fur" baby, Lisi, moved to Fairfax, VA, built successful careers and the rest is history... The love story of Bryce & Maci has evolved tremendously over the past 10 years, and they believe that they would not be where they are today without all of you.
