When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign our guest book, and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best summertime cocktail attire.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We’re planning an adult-centric evening and encourage parents to use this as a "date night"! That said, we want you there above all else—if you can’t find a sitter, please just give us a heads-up so we can accommodate your family.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine, beer & seltzer during dinner and the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, Machias Meadows has a parking lot that can accommodate parking for all of our guests. If needed, cars can be left overnight and picked up by 10am on Sunday.

Is there transportation to the hotel from the reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle from the reception to the Delta Hotel in Everett at 10pm. Ubers are not reliable for pick up from the venue, so if you plan to Uber to the venue please also plan to take the shuttle to Everett and get an Uber home from there.
