Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For anyone arriving Friday, please join us for a casual welcome gathering at The Tipper Room in Cedarville. This will be relaxed and informal, with food, drinks, and a chance to spend time together before the wedding day. Feel free to arrive whenever is convenient. We’ll be there for the evening and would love to see you when you get in. Attire: Casual

Wedding Ceremony

2:45 pm - 6:00 pm

We’ll gather outdoors by the water for our wedding ceremony. Please plan to arrive by 2:30 p.m. so everyone has time to park, settle in, and make their way to the ceremony area. Parking at the property is limited, so carpooling is encouraged wherever possible. Following the ceremony, we’ll have light snacks and beverages by the lake before traveling to Les Cheneaux Culinary School for dinner. Attire: Lakeside Dressy Casual

Reception Dinner

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Les Cheneaux Culinary School
186 S Pickford Ave, Hessel, MI 49745

We’ll continue the celebration with a private dinner at Les Cheneaux Culinary School in Hessel, about a 20-minute drive from the ceremony location. We’ll begin with cocktails and appetizers, followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. and dessert and speeches around 8:30 p.m. Dinner entrée options include Carne Asada, Green Curry Whitefish, and Black Shallot Tortellini. Vegan options are also available. Please see the FAQ for more details, and let us know your selection and any dietary restrictions in your RSVP. Attire: Same as ceremony. No outfit change needed, although a light layer is recommended for the evening.

After Party

9:30 pm - 11:30 pm

After dinner, anyone who wants to keep the night going is welcome to join us at The Islander, a casual dive bar next to the Culinary School. No program, no expectations, just a fun way to end the evening with whoever is still up for it. We make no promises about the music or clientele. Attire: Same as ceremony and dinner. No outfit change needed, but a warm layer may be helpful later in the evening.

Sunday Breakfast

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

For anyone still in town Sunday morning, we highly recommend breakfast at Angio’s before heading back to the lake or starting the trip home. It’s a local favorite and a great, casual way to ease into the day. This is completely optional and not formally organized, so everyone is welcome to go on their own schedule. We will not be arranging a full reservation, but Angio’s can get busy. If you think you may stop by, feel free to let us know and we’ll give the restaurant a heads-up. Attire: Casual

Beach Day

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

For anyone still in town, we’ll spend Sunday relaxing at the beach. This will be very casual and completely optional, with no formal plans, just hanging out by the water and enjoying the property. Please plan to bring any food or drinks you’d like for the day. We recommend having breakfast at Angio’s beforehand, and BYOB is welcome. Parking at the property is limited, so carpooling is encouraged wherever possible. Attire: Beach casual. Swimsuits, cover-ups, shorts, sandals, hats, and sunscreen. Please bring a towel and chair if you can. It can be a rocky beach, so we recommend sandals or other appropriate shoes if you want to explore the flat rocks or walk the island.
